Having tourist fraud, tourists can contact for assistance from Bureau of Prevention and Assistance, Ministry of Tourism and Sports that has 8 centers, i.e., 1) Ministry of Tourism and Sports, 2) Suvarnabhumi Airport, 3) Don Mueang Airport, 4) Chiang Mai, 5) Chonburi, 6) Suratthani, 7) Phuket, and 8) Songkhla.

2. National Institute for Emergency Medicine
In case of emergency, tourists having seriously injured or severely ill can contact the hotline of National Institute for Emergency Medicine by phone at 1669. They and their network will provide help immediately.
3. Thai Travel Clinic
Thai Travel Clinic is a special clinic of Hospital for Tropical Diseases providing comprehensive medical care. Their services include: pre and post travel counseling, recommendation of travel vaccines, malaria protection and prophylaxis as well as diagnosis and treatment of tropical diseases.
